j/k man. ya know. it isn't that easy. thats why only one person sells them. you can try if you'd like. ill make a step by step, but im sure someone else will have a better one than i.
1. get some lexan for home depot
2. lay lexan over lens and put in over for 7 minutes at 350'.
3. when the lexan is after 7 minutes, or when the lexan is bending over the lens, take it out and try to put pressure around the whole thing. make sure you get all the corners. that is the hardest...for me anyway.
4. after you have accomplished making it, take a grinder and cut / grind off any excess.

i wish you luck, but i would suggest getting a pair from whiteboy and save all the trouble.
