I am gettin a OBX Greddy evo style muffler within the next week or 2 and wondering how it will look. does anyone have pics of their non kittin cav with this bumper? I am very interested in how it looks. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok. To tell you the truth i think its going to look like a fart cannon.. I mean not to be rude or whatever, weall have the same J, but honestly, do you need a 4.5" muffler on anycar? its not even a muffler anymore you said its a tip, so you have no exhaust mods and not a kit, do you have any work on this car. id say the only reason to get it is with a kit you can cover most of that ugly thing up. go with a nice exhaust setup with a 2.5" chrome tip or even a side exit something classy.
next year I'm goin with a RK sport lip kit and 2.25 from my header when I get it back. the muffler is a Greddy Evo style. I just wanted to see pics of something like that on the back of my car.

obx has a nice sounding mufflers. i have 2.25" piping w/ an obx muffler and it sounds good
That thing is huge, looks like it should be on a supra, not a cav.

Are they serious with a 10-15 horsepower gain?
I had a 4.5" Powertech muffler. When you get it on the car it really doesn't look as big as you might think but then again i don't have mine sticking way out. It's just about even with the back of my bumper cover. If i get a new muffler it will probably be a 3" but there's nothing wrong with 4.5". Don't let them talk you out of what you want. My muffler sounds great...i don't know how this one would sound. Mine's not raspy, and has a low full sound. Only complaint is that its "stainless steel" is starting to rust on the edges.
doesn't mean jack crap for a J, but i had that muff on my 2g turbo talon with a 3'' catback....it sounded great....
i have a 4 inch greddy something on my 03 and it sounds ok.....it crackles when i let off the gas but i got use to it!!! lol
