I have a 2001 base Cavi, and have just aquired an LS front lip. I cut the clips off of it, and sanded it down, because I want to run screws through the holes in the front of it and two sides, as opposed to cutting holes in my bumper and using the clips. My problem is this, what can I use to hold the rest of the lip to my bumper, because I can not put bolts through the outside edges because they are too thin. Any help would be appreciated.
Lots of Elmers Glue. . . ha ha. No. . .. . . i dont know man. Maybe u could try resin. Im not sure. Sounds like a crappy situation.
you can always mold it on hah. I'm really not too sure either. Maybe make some brackets and put them in places that will hold it up good or something. Sorry that's pretty much the only thing that comes to mind at the moment.
Thanks
Shaun

3M tape works good as long as you have screws to do most of the supporting.
GO PATS!!!
*listening* im looking for a way to do this too.
3m double sided automotive tape. Its what the dealership uses to put on the sidemoldings and badges. I think that would hold the edges up.
