Painting Side Skirts

How much should I expect to spend to have a pair of side skirts painted? I am trying to decide whether it is something I can do myself or if it should be done by a shop. Let me know, thanks!

Yeah i bought some oem sideskirts from a 02 sunfire sedan for my 98 sunfire sedan, dont have them on the car yet or painted, but a few months back when i bought them i checked on prices to have them painted from professional body shops and most wanted $200 or more canadian to paint them, so i kind of gave up on checking out prices, was going to try and paint them my self, but paint color matched to my vehicle is $25 a spray bomb at fergusons, i may need 2 cans per skirt, so there is $100 for me to do it, and i am no where near professional, i did paint my own mirrors ; they turned out great, its just i dont know why every time i paint something it dont turn out shiny; maby i am not useing enough clear; not sure.
I would pay a professional, get it done right the first time.
My problem is with my skirts being oem, the body places are saying i have to use the clips and they have to be drilled in to my car, and its hard to see where to drill and place the skirt, so they want atleast another $100 to install.
Cant i just screw the bottom of the skirt in, and use epoxy of some sort or silicone or two way tape for the top part of the skirt?
