I am a guy up in canada and have a 2005 sunfire... but what?! its a 4 door! i dont think u guys in the states have these and am looking for aftermarket tail lights. hard to find since the car was not sold in the states... however if anyone knows of some aftermarket lights for my car pleaze tell, thnx
i'm pretty sure they are the same as the cavi tails. but for some reason the thought of the newer fires tails being the same as the coupes pops into my head. in that case, all there are out there are the TYC tails. unless you get some custom made.

any cavalier tail light will work for you. you'll just need to get the rksport CF bezel (to cover the holes) or a 95-02 cavalier trunk lid.

I saw one in Michigan the other day i hade to double check to see if it really was a 4 door 03 up sunfire. The tail lights are sligtly different style than the cavalier but if you get the Rk sport bezel you are good to go

oo an will the wiring be wierd since the backup lights are little foglights on the bumper on my car and on a cavy they are in the back tailight assemble?

4dr sunfire with taillights:
1) if im not mistaken you can either splice wires together and have 2 sets of reverse lights.
2) or get any year cavalier rear bumper and extend the wires for reverse lights.
3) or just buy the taillights for any cavalier (95-02) that you like and just use the outers and shave the trunk since it has no lights on it anyways (IF YOU CHOOSE THIS METHOD YOU WILL NOT NEED THE RKSPORT BEZEL).

ive seen a couple 4 door 03 and up sunfires here in the states. its very rare, but i have seen maybe 3 or 4 in the past 2 years or so

usually the 4 door 2003+ ones in the us are
(a) theft recovery Canadian cars that made it in to the US before they where found and the insurance leaves them to auction.
(b) Canadian accident claims that are also left for auction. this could just be a fender bender too. its to expensive to ship them back for repair.
(c) special order cars that the dealer said they had in 03 but never did so they would order one from Canada to keep the customer happy
