i think it looks damn sexy when the 2k+ headlight housing and corner light are painted black. Can someone post a how to on what temp to head lights to to undo glue, what kind of paint to use, how you seperated them without breaking anything or leaving marks/or melt anything, etc.

just buy some, they aint that expensive
yes a simple search can bring it up. basically heat them up til the glue is soft, cut around the housing, paint and let dry. then get clear silicone and seal it back up
you do not have to heat up 2000-2002 headlights you can simply use a razor blade to cut them open it takes 5 minuets tops.
i cut mine open with a razor, taped off where i didnt want black, and sprayed it with high temp flat black engine enamal. No prep work just sprayed it on, and till this day it looks perfect.
Or.. u can get the Ebay specials.. yep lmao.. they now sell teh corners and headlights painted on ebay. and their calling it JDM lmao.. guess tires are JDM too.. cuz there black..but there expensive.. like $250 shipped.. but just thought id mention it..

If u do em yourself, just do what cheeter said. cut the seal without heating on the headlights, then when u have to reseal, less sealant is needed to ensure its completely sealed.. u can put small beads of sealant on the already sealant there and when u put them together the old sealant will bond together making it seal.
On mine i did wetsand them with 320 tho.. just to make em ultra smooth but im sure u can do waht OnebadZ24 said and be fine
can any one add to this like a how to if i wanted to add a projector. what other car is best to get projectors from and what is the best way to get them to fit/stay in..........
