..the lug nut covers that hold the hubcap on for a 2003 Cavalier?
And/or does anyone have any they could part with for pretty cheap? (I think I need about 6 or so.)

I always thought that the hubcap had a ring around that edge that would snap onto the wheel.

Not anymore. They use plastic nuts on top of the lugnut cause it makes the hub cap harder to steal.
^ they've done stuff like that for years now. my 89 buick century's hubcaps have a locking plate on them where you need a special key to take the hubcap off.
and yea, the hubcaps on our cars are secured to the wheel by the lugnuts themselves.
