I know they are some type of plastic so it seems... but anyways i was wonder what type of material the bumpers are made of... and can they be sanded decently?
if its the smooth ones that come painted - YES
if its the grey ones with the texture on it - NO
the smooth ones are made of urethane.

no gm product uses polyproplene on the bumpers, polyurathene, TPO, TPE,
are the only plastic used on bumpers on a gm
