yeah my bad i was searchin suicide doors for a 4door..
how hard do you guys think it would be to custom fabricate some hinges to do the rear 4 door suicides?

its not me doing the work, its a guy who wants to sponsor me and he's pushing the idea of lambos on the front and suicides on the back..
from what he says he can do anything and "cant isnt apart of his vocabulary" and the work i've seen that he's done looks amazing.
so i guess i kinda answered my own question but what kind of materials/parts will he need to do this?

the problem with sedans is that the wheel well is right there, taking up half the space that the hinge would need to be in. there aren't any aftermarket suicide door kits that will fit the rear doors of a sedan on the market at this time. it would have to be a complete custom fabrication. do-able? probably, but as far as i know, nobody has done it to a j sedan.
sweet, thats what i'm looking for, i'd like SOME originality with this damn car.
what my sponsor (bud) was talking about was trimming off like 3/4 of an inch or an inch off the inside of the door there where the hinge will be and putting them in there. and then making it so that when the door opens it will go out and then move up.
he is crazy so he'll probably be able to do it. but i'm gonna make sure that he gives it lots of support so it doesnt snap on me cause that would totally suuuuuuck.

it took a month off and on to get it finished, not one single pic was taken during sorry.
"bud" may want to do something along these lines, but cleaner....

and Phlatcav, did you try the suicide doors on the back or did you just decide it before you tried it. By the way, do you still have that old wing (whale tail?) you used to have or did you sell it?

does anyone here know where to buy the kits?..i seen some but there around 500-600 and seeing as how a good lambo kit i well over a grand for bolt on i'm assuming the suicide kits i found are not that great, can anyone help me out?

1) lambo doors kits you can find for 500-600 that bolt on
2) suicide door kits
need modification to make them fit. if you dont know how to weld and cut, its not for you
suicides need ALOT of fabrication
suicides are definitely a bit more involved than they look. dont forget about relocating all of the latch work etc inside the door. Ive got friends that build minis (including the frame from firewall back) and theyve done like 1 set each and wont even bother with them anymore.
