Just one question, i have all the parts for the cavfire conversion (front bumper, fenders, hood, headlights.) i just need to know what parts i need from the junk yard or another cav to finish the conversion.

From what i understand i need:
hood latch
headlight harness,
some kind of fender bracket or something..?
I searched all i could find and this is what i found..

a lil more info on the swap would help. what year cav and what year fire, etc. which you have, which you are swapping, etc.

Yes you will need 9005 and 9006 harnesses if youre goin with 95-99 cavalier headlights. If you are going with the 00+ cavalier lights you wont need to change harnesses because they use the same 9007 bulbs as the 95-02 fires. Hope that helps.

and you will need the fender brackets, attached at the front of the fender

2 harnesses, ok, do i have to splice these new harnesses in or do the ends replace the existing

Either/or.... if you don't plan on going back to stock, just replace 'em.

Most likely you are going to have to splice the harnesses in. If you need help shoot me an email and I can probably help you with the wiring (I just did similar wiring on my 99).
