Has anyone had any problems with Gravana Tuning? I've heard alot of good things about them and there ebay status is excellent, but i'm having some money issues with them...I'm in Iraq right now, and i have no way to call them up to see whats going. I won an ebay item from them...a TRD kit and payed $510 shipped, but when i went to pay through paypal it said that i payed twice...so i payed them $1020 fo one body kit in other words. Since then i've been trying to contact them sonce i'm now $-457 in debt. But i can't contact them. They haven't received any of my emails or anything...has anyone else had any problems with them like this?

well im not that bad..but i cant get Jim to get back with me about my coil overs and Koni replacements...

i would try sendin emails or get a mutal friend to get in contact w/them..

i got my kit from gravana n it took awhile to get, like 3 weeks or more i think. They shipped it to the wrong place, n whoever got it kept it? why idk but when i eventually got it, it was fine n not damaged. the manager was helpful so i'd buy from them again.

Call them. They DO have a phone. Great company in my opinion.

Yea, I'm sure they DO have a phone, but being stuck here in Iraq, theres not too much access to any phones....Yea, I'm defintely going to order from them again, just not through ebay, I'll go stright through them next time, i ordered a steering wheel hub from them and have had no problems...

Gravna has always been good to me! I have never had any proplems with them and they are always quick to reply to my emails.
Back when I originaly ordered my rear bumper, sideskirts, and full suspenion from him he helped me out the whole way until it was all sitting at my door!

Yea, okay, I finlly got in touch with Jim and the other guys at Gravana, they helped me out alot! I told them about my future purchses i'm going to get from them and they sid they'll hook me up....great guys! I told them that i'm looking into either buying the Grana coilover system or the Tein, and he said there coming out in a few months with a complete coilover system that has a new camber mounts built into the coilovers...he said it rides great even t slammed heights....so thats definatly on my to by list....and by the way, my mom wrote me an email and told me my kit came in today....didn't take long at all....so IMO Gravana is the ish!

I've had kind of the same problem but I was over and or double charged, I oordered the vibrant strut bars the same day as my exhaust and guess what? Exhaust for here on the 31st of March and the strut bars took and ungodly 2 weeks and wont be here untill Monday the 10th of April. Kind of ticked off about that but after baggering them for 3 days straight they finally some how magically got the tracking nhumber.

They were slow with my order a while ago. I wouldn't buy anything else from them.

but on a serious note, they are great guys my trd front took about 3weeks but that was comming to ontario canada and got help up at the border for a few days. deffenatly will be ordering form them again.

When you guys ordered your stuff when it took SOOO long to get there, did you contact them and let them know if for any reason you need the stuff asap? cuz karo at carcustoms was more than helpful with me when i told him i have to get my car taken care of before the 20th and he emailed me like three times letting me know the progress of my shipment there. I think 6-8 business days for a entire type j kit from california to michigan aint bad, it will be here tuesday or thursday i know for sure, because i trust karo. Ive heard nothing but good things about him.

yea i think there different shipping packages. i could had mine flowen in for the next day (3days max) but damn was it pricy. cheapest was 250usd shipped by truck.

Yea, well i don't think they have too much control over the shipping, they only have control on how fast THEY could ship it off, then it's up to the P.O., so as far as shipping goes, i don't think they have any control over that, but the only thing i didn't like was that i got no reply from them after my order and all my emails, but i do have the kit now, and it didn't take long to ship, so i think they're a pretty good company...IMO

everytime i ordered something from them, ive always got it within a week. i never had any problems w/ them and jim and matt are awesome to deal w/

still waiting for my coils and replacements

i have never had aproblem with them i ordered my kit and cf hood from them and just ordered rims. the only problem i had was wih the hood but that was vis's fault. jim was very helpful and gave me a number at vis to get in touch with them and the hood was shipped right away. i would order from them for all the parts i need.
