well they should gave you a tracking number.
Depends where you live. I live in NC and when I have ordered from them my lip took one week, and my exhaust took one week, they are very good with shipping.
it took 2 weeks to get my lip from them....I'd call them if been more than 2 weeks.
i ordered my full type j kit from them, i live in michigan. It will be here today in a few hours. Only took like 6 business days FROM THE TIME I PLACED THE ORDER! Now thats fricking customer service.
