does antbody know where i can get a set of projector headlights for 00-02 cavi. cause wigs west has a pair on their project cavi, and the yellow cavi on JBO's home page has them hit me back

search. you need to either make them yourself or get someone else to make them. hella has never released the 00-02 cav projectors

i talked to the wings west guys and they said they got them from hella

those are proto-types. hella has never released these to the customers. they are impossible to get unless you buy the red set from ww or the orange ones from hella. your best bet if you want something like that is to get izn trbl to make you a set or whiteboy

i for got what izn trbl's website was and i never heard of whiteboy if you could get me the websites that would be awsome

talked to izn ( great guy very knowledgeable and helpful ) and he said hes backed up till fall, but he can sell you the parts to make your own, even if you have no experience or knowledge at all its very simple. hes the man to talk to

im building 00-02 projectors as we speak. its pretty tough with the 00-02's cuz of the shape of the housing. its tough to get a good seal. but id be able to produce you a set

Eazy, A few questions if i may. First off, How much is it to make a set? And since cali police are asses most times, would one be prone to being pulled over for illegal mod? I am certainly interested in these. Would one still be able to use the DRL's too? They can be annoyances most of the time but i like to keep them intact if possible. Thanks man

ps heres where im at on mine. keep in mind they are not fully painted, or installed. the ripples will be smoothed out, and there is also no lens in yet. just the projector housing

Eazy, how difficult would it be to make projectors for an '05 Cav? Just wondering, thinking about either doing it myself, or haveing someone else do it for me.

i would have to think its easier than the 00-02's. these things are shaped horrible for mounting purposes!! where as the o3-05's i think could be easily mounted from behind.

will the projectors be able to take 9007 bulb or will i have to change i little wiring

depends on the projector you buy. my projectors take H1 bulbs, and all it is, is plugging in 2 wires into your exhisting harness
