ok my GF has a 03 civic ex.........prettiest blue color i have ever seen on a car well at least from far away once you get up close all you see is those damn water spots

i have tried everything i could think of to get rid of those buggers see the thing is i wash it with soft water as to not leave the spots then i dry it right after then i apply a nice coat of wax..........

what my concern is that it almost feels as though the water spots are under the clear coat

after i wax it it still feels really rough and raised if that helps

any helpful opinions would be nice

Clay Bar it. Once you get all the "rough spots" out with that, give it a good washing with that Mr. Clean Auto Dry thing (which will leave no water spots), then polish and wax. Should look better than it did brand new.
