i got one from a junkyard for 50 if i can remember correctly, and it was about 50 to install.
i got my brand new one for 100 when i wrecked my car
the local auto glass place around here there going to charge me $140 for a new one installed
i paid 175 and they came out to my house and installed one in my integra when i was at work
that is why i have full glass coverage on my insurance.....if that happens it gets replaced for FREE. plus i think it only added like $1 per month to my premium. Back in Feb, my stereo got stolen and the kids broke my side window, that was like $180, but i didnt have to pay a dime.

Wow - My insurance covered my windshield and the bill that JNPhillips submitted was for $314.00 !!!
They came to me, but that is still way overpriced as compared to what is being said here...
A lil off topic - anyone ever have their replacment windshield "creak" in an upper corner? Mine makes this noise in the upper passenger side across the top. They say that its "normal with these cars and PT Crusiers" and want to grease the underside of the rubber strip across the top of the glass. The creaking is noticable only when the glass is cold and dry...

i do know that here in town theres a place called the wash tub (auto detailin place) that does it too
they fixed my uncles pt cruiser in like 1 hr..but it was like a 2-3" crack
