yea its pretty much stripped now kind of sad really, but other things in life are sometimes more important.
i have the 01 sunfire coupe sides on mine. i like em. the smooth it out more than the Z24 sides do.
I have a set of 03 fire sedan skirts; the ones that come out at the front and back; like bulge out a bit.
Just not sure if i want them on or z skirts if i can find some, or buy aftermarket ones; but aftermarket skirts would probaly look dumb with an oem bumpers eh......

how can i install the z24 sides if my car didnt have sides?
Tim Costello wrote:how can i install the z24 sides if my car didnt have sides?
Thats my situation as well...
I have a sunfire sedan; did not come with skirts from the factory; i went to some body shops and they tell me they can put screws in the bottom part of the skirt where there are holes for the screws, and to hold the top part of the skirt in place they can use two way tape; or some kind of epoxy type of stuff, but it would be like glue and the skirt would never come off the car again; i dont like perement stuff like that because if you put oem skirts on now with a glue type product; what happens if you decide to kit the car down the road; you are @!#$; i would go with some good two way tape.
check with some local body shops around your area to see what they suggest, go to a few different places to see what they say.
Good luck; let me know what you find out.......
Around here where i live, they want around $300 canadian to paint and install a set of oem skirts, that was the average price i got; i thought that as too high a year ago; i still have them sitting in my room; but i think this spring i will have to give in and pay the money to have them done.

put a screw in each of the fenderwells and then get double sided automotive tape to hold the rest of the side to the car. The tape isn't permanent and can easily be peeled off if you decide not to keep them later.
will the tape be strong enough

it worked great on my buddies car (the picture I posted), it held up through 2 canadian winters and was still holding up until her removed it just recently.
tape works great! Just get the good stuff not no cheap crap. I used it and works perfectly and when i needed to remove it came off easy and i used some more again on the same car. Leaves no residue at all either.
