okay i met a guy at slamfest in florida a couple months ago and he had a cavfire is what he called it was a cavalier with a sunfire front end. i wrecked my car so i decided to change my entire kit and go sunfire with it, i have everything but the kit and now i need to know if the back bumper fits an 04 cavalier, off a 95-02 sunfire. thanks
If its a Fire sedan, then yes. Coupe, no chance w/out some mad fabbing skills
The Sedan's are exactly the same body wise, for two door cars, the rear 1/4 panel, and the side windows i think are the difference, other than maybe the trunk panels as well.
any year sunfire coupe rear will not fit a cavalier coupe or sedan and vice versa.
if youre going to buy a new kit, most places will let you mix/match fiberglass kits. just get a sunfire front and cav rear and whatever sides you want (they fit both cars). if you are buying from somewhere that doesnt allow mix/matching of kits, just say your car is a sunfire sedan and youll get the fire front and a cav rear (although im sure they wont realize its a cav rear)
