How do you remove the window moldings from the quater windows and the bottom of the door windows? are they just push in snap pins or is there a trick to it? and can the moldin around the windsheild be removed or is it sealed in with the window?

They're removable. I just changed the ones on my doors. Follow the strip toward the back of door and you will see a cap on the end of the moulding. There's one screw to be removed. The cap comes out and the moulding slides right out. 5 min job.
