i did this is in like 15 mins, i swear.
brown-brown
black - black
White- 3rd brake light ( white wire itself you tap)
odd color wire to last wire.
snip white wire behind steering colum..... call it a day.
yea it took me the same amount of time and i did the same thing as above
I just ran into a issue, my lights didnt come with the brake/tail light harness. can I retain my stock one? How do I wire it if so? It's got yellow brown and black on the drivers and green brown black on the passenger.

Got them all sorted out and hooked up!

I hooked my 3rd brake light wire to the yellow on the drivers and green on the passenger for the original sockets. Everything works great. I posted a vid of them in my spoiled JDM rearend post in the P&M
