I have my toyo tails on, but really dont like the color, nothing is that red color on my car....what to ya'll think of me painting the tails black.?

thanks for his name, I checked his profile and I really like the black toyo's I think I will do that.
I plan on painting the car black soon anyway, so they will paint matched to the car.
black would look good if you paint them at all. silver, i personaly dont think would look good. would look like just another cheesy painted tail light. you dont want to cheese up them toyos
ALSO, when you reinstall them after painting, put the gaskets back on, they look odd with a gap around them, and water can get in there.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

yes it can be done to the 03-05 tails , ive seen them done a few different ways , makes a improvement over stock
depends on your prep and painting skills , any paint shop should be very easy for them
would you have to sand the plastic down a bit, or just primer and paint on them? (obviously covering where the bulbs are)
