i have a 97 z24 and my sunroof doesnt open but like a week ago it did open. could it be that i tried to open it when it was frozen and burnt out the motor? but i dont think its that because when i push the button to close it make a noise like its trying to close. anyone know what i should do?

If its clicking you might have broken the cable.
I havent seen many of them break. Mine has an issue with the slider cover, sticks a little when I slide it back. But the sunroof works fine.
I do know that they arent much fun to get out to work on. You gotta take the back seat out so you can get the plastic quarter interior pieces then to take the headliner down.
