Weird HID Installation issue

so here's the issue..... in the picture below the middle white wire which goes to nothing has constant power when the headlight switch is on or off. I assume this is for the DRL's? which in my case are disabled. The black and blue wire don't seem to have power at all. Maybe they're grounds??? My kit is the high low kit so my bulbs also have an extra light inside incase i want to keep my drls which like are said... mine are disabled so they dont need to be connected.

should i be switching the middle while wire that goes to nothing with one of the other two wires?

The plug in the picture is on the hid kit btw not my stock plug......also its a 99 sunfire gt if that makes a difference.

Thanks guys!

95-99 Sunfire
Driverside
High Beam Ground = Green
Positive = Black
Low Beam Ground = Tan

Passengerside
High Beam Ground = Green
Positive = Black
Low Beam Ground = Tan

thanks joey......

I'll have to have a look at the stock harness and see if I potentially have to switch a couple of those wires on the hid harness. I'm guessing if i want the hids to replace low beams i would want the low beam ground (tan) and the positive (black) to be connected to the hid harness so that the black positive from stock goes to black on the hid plug and low beam ground (tan) goes to the blue on the hid plug. would this be correct?
