What is up with Car Customs? I ordered the Carbon Fiber Tail light bezel back on Feb 13th and they sent me an e-mail stating that it would be here in 4-5 business days. I check the order status and it still says pending. I sent them an e-mail asking about it and they have never replyed back. Does anybody know what is going on?

I think RKSport is making the CF pieces as they are ordered. I'd wait to hear back from Karo. And not to worry, he is a RELIABLE seller. You'll get what you paid for.

Yeah, Karo will bend over backwards for you, never had a problem with emails either....try messaging him on this forum.
Yeah the delay is on RKSports part and not CarCustoms. There is a 4-6 week wait on those parts, I ordered my c/f pieces almost 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on RKS. If he sent you an email saying it went out then I would trust him and I would imagine he just hasn't updated the status on the site yet.

RK sport makes them as they are ordered. This prevents them from discontinuing them, but sucks for the customer because of the wait.
yeah karo is good shat, as all of have said. probably the most reliable vendor on the org
i too just ordered a bezel and a set of the cf door sills through karo... i think its been maybe 2 weeks?
i hope i get them by summer.... but yeah he explained that it's rk sport's deal, ive done business with him in the past, some personally and he's a great guy to deal with. ive NEVER heard anything bad about him or his company, we just need to bare with him and patiently wait... it's what we gotta deal with for modding a dead platform

here's a good question...has your card been charged? Karo usually doesn't charge you until your product ships
karo is a great guy to deal with. excellent business man. it just sucks when companies like RKsport dick around and make the distributor look bad

how are they dicking around? its not their fault that the market has dropped off drastically over the past couple years. i for one am thankful they at least still offer these items/ sure it may take awhile, but its better than waiting well.. forever because products dont exsist, right?
