Fixable?

So without going into too much detail other than this is a product of my own stupidity, how bad would this be to have repaired:

Can't tell if it has a crease or not but you could always try the co2 trick

you could pull off the inside panel and try to push it out gently. this may work if it's not creased. it may still leave a wrinkle in the metel because it is stretched.

its fixable, but unsure on how much would need done.

we had a neon come in the shop with similar damage and we were able to pull it out most the way, but we weren't trying to hard to get it perfect being insurance was paying for us to cut out that section of the 1/4 and weld in a new section..but after pulling it before we cut it out we got it damn near close, being it had a recess for the molding is kinda what screwed it the most but yours doesnt have that so they may be able to get it out.

looks like a foot went to it?

What shop do you work for and what insurance company pays to cut out a secton of a quarter panel
We in the industry put full quaters on, and if an insurance company wants you to put a section of a Quarter on They are morons.
WE call that a HACK JOB.

Looks like it would just pop out with minimal waves at the top, if you take the inside panel off your going to have to drill some holes cause thats not an open area. If you use a pointed object to push it out you will leave a dimple and crack the paint, what I try to use is a wooden stick like the first foot of a broom handle, press on the back of the dent and roll the handle at the same time to work it out. Dont beat on it, be patient.
Can you get to it from the vent in the door jam? If you work the top out the bottom of the dent will pop.

ive worked for both an insurance company and a body shop, cutting a part of the 1/4 and putting in a new panel is ridiculous. Both would of just said replace the whole thing!

Kinda...

Ok, so basically the consensus is it is mostly fixable w/out replacing the quarter. That was my main concern. Yay for bonus time

Should definately be fixable. If you can get to it (I forget what my Fire looks like after taking the interior panel off, it's been a while since I had the fire, 2 years actually almost), you should be able to pop it out a bit, like said... I'd try to stay away from anything pointy if you can also like stated. Also like stated, no shop should ever replace PART of a 1/4 panel.

What did happen anyway? And, if ya run into a snag, give me a call, you have the number
