First pictures since the accident...

I had the front of the cavalier smashed in last year by a retarded kid in a Subaru Outback. It's been slow getting the car rebuilt because I want it done just right and I've been upgrading things as I go. I'm getting it ready for paint now! Candy Blood Red... Oh and I have to do the side skirts once I get the front end perfectly straight again. There's a big gap on the passenger side fender where it meets the door!

First day with the car:

First Accident:

First time with no front bodywork:

Semi fixed in my person car lot... lol

First day at the new house and first day with the new bumper on... I was so freakin happy!

That's what it's going to look like!

The house isnt' done yet.... It's been a work in progress for the last year. That's why progress on getting the car fixed has been slow.

The only real visual upgrades are barely visible in that pic. The lights are custom made by myself. I'll go home and get another pic tonight to show you better what it looks like. But they have clear reflectors front and side, the side ones are from IZNTRBL and look awesome although it was a pain to make them fit right. I also made the headlight surrounds glossy black instead of that matte black from the factory. They also are sporting some real cool blue LED's that are currently for sale in the classified section. I'm getting white ones, but the front marker is a 21 LED pod and the sides are the 5 LED multi directional piece. The bumpers front and back already have the RKSport lip kit on them, and the front bumper has alot of minor modifications to it. I cut out the plastic strips where the fog lights go and cut out the lower grill to make bigger more aggressive looking holes. It took a long time and lots of debating on the cut line to make it look correct and factory. I want the car to have cool mods but mods that the factory would have done to make it sportier. The Suede headliner is the only thing that Chevy might have skimped on...

I've seen what looks like evil eyes on Darkstars old silver cav. I might have to do something like that before I get the car painted! I've read the DIY's on it but I've only seen one 03-05 cav with the custom hood are there any others so I can see my options?

on our cars the light sticks out a little past the hood... I just don't see how you could accomplish it without a ton of work. Darkstars did it to a CF hood and that just totally stumps me on how you could do that! Although he did paint that part of the hood...
