ok guys i need a set of halo projector headlights for an 04 cavy. i had emailed josh at IZN TRBL but he hasnt gotten back to me yet. i really dont wanna pay a thousand dollars for them so if anyone has a clue where to find them it would be much appreciated. it seems that these headlights are about the only thing that ebay doesnt have for a cavalier

Buy a OEM set from ebay/junkyard, and go nuts

ok im going to omaha tuesday to pick up another set of the lexus es300 headlights i used to make mine and ill send you a pair for $75 bulb and pigtail included. its not hard....take the cap off the back, remove the bulb, heat em up, pry the lenses off, pop out the silver reflector, drill 3 small holes, mount the projector with 3 screws and nuts in the holes you drilled, use a 3 3/4in hole saw to cut a hole in the reflector on the back side, black the reflector with high temp paint(nice light coats)then stick it back in, put the black bezel, then silicone the lenses back on and wait 24hrs and put them back on ur car. heres a link for pics. http://www.clubcav.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16598
