Will the '01 front bumper fit with the Halo projectors for a 99 ?

yes like mentioned they will fit but you will have a gap under the lights. the 95-99 lights are smaller then the 00-02 lights. the fenders and hood are the same for both cars, however the bumper for the 00-02 is trimmed down under the lights to allow the lights to fit. you can put the 01 bumper on your 99 if you like but its going to look very retarded

I thought the fenders were different as well

fenders are the same 95-05 minus the brackets which can be changed so technically its the same fender

Thanks everyone, decided against it . it was just an idea rather than buying an after market bumper. I think i have decided to just stick with my stock one and get a grill for it. any suggestions or opinions?

You could always just change up the lights, hood, and bumper .....
