Curious to know what i would need for building a 4 builb set of clear strobe lights i need them for official use and would like to know if i can build a kit instead of paying out the ass for one nothing fancy i just need to for alert/warning purposes

last time i saw them, a local murrays had a set of 2 blue and 2 red for like 15 bucks. last i remember tho. dont quote me on this.

yeah im looking in florida but if you know whats in a kit , i gotta try to keep it cheap since im probilly paying for them myself since getting any money or equipment is like pulling teeth since, waiting on my wildfire boots and we place that order 10 months ago and no on remembers ordering them ......Go figure

advance auto parts has some cheap ones for about $15 and they have colored bulb condoms that come with them

I would just go ahead and but a good kit. IMO you will be much happier in the long run. My personal preference is the Whelen kits.

do not bother with the cheap stuff, buy a whelen csp690, and you can buy the bulbs and cables off of ebay

well, i bought the "cheap" jdm ones from my local tuner shop, had them install it for a total of 180 bucks, but I could have taken an hour out of my day and spent 50 bux and been just as happy... I am satisfied with my strobe set up, and they are wicked bright, you can see them form like 100 ft away in the day time... Its all about shopping around, you dont have to go out and buy expensive stuff to be the best... But hey, I am a bargain finder I guess... After all that though, I know street glow sells a strobe system for around 150, and my buddy has it installed on his honda, and mine is still brighter, I only paid 20 bux more and I didnt have to worry about labor..


98z24, lowered 2", aem intake, cat-back striaght pipes!, cop ligths in the front and rear, 18" liquid metal's, primer black, tint, full audio and video.
