I am doing a full LED conversion on my 2003 Cavalier and I bought a Electronic Flasher Relay that is suppose to compensate for the lower power consumption. The relay didn't work and after about five or six flashes the relay blew. I can not use resistors in my trunk because of the heat they produce. Does anyone know of an Electronic Flasher Relay that will actually work, or a way to run resistors so I won't have to worry about the heat? And I can not get my oem EFR to mount back, any tips on that?
yes, I bought an LED electronic flasher, havent had any problems with it, just make sure you get the one specified for LEDs like here ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ not just an electronic flasher unit.
Ok kinda of the same subject:
Where the is f*ing turn signal relay for the 95 Sunfires?
I look on the fuse block under the hood, check the fuse panel on the drivers side( looking for the relay not the fuses)
check the Haynes manuel dosen't have a location.
My turn signals don't work at all and I need to replace it.
Any ideas?

The Relay is a pain if it was anything like mine. I am not that big of a guy, but laying in the floorboard of the Cavi with a flashlight in one hand and reaching clear up to the steering column with the other hand requires more room imho. Thanks for showing me to V-LEDs site. I was thinking I could save some money going though a local dealer, but they won't replace or refund my relay since it "worked however briefly that might have been"
