i can get the bumper and skirts for 75 pickup if not im at least getting the skirts , just wanted to know how much work would it be to either modify the light area to fit my headlights or to cut it and attach bottom part to my top 2003 bumper

the picture doesn't show 03 but they make it for 03. jnickel (used?) to have it.

1. It wont work. Bonding fiberglass to plastic (when it comes to anything structural) is a no no.

2. Like Manta Z said, they already make it for 03+. Much simpler to just buy it.
