I have a 2001 4door caviler that I plan to mod
I found this kit that looks pretty cool but I don't know if its off good quality and if its expensive to install

I have had nothing but bad luck with duraflex body kits. I suggest you don't get any duraflex kits. The finders however were actually not that bad.

Body kits dont fit perfect..EVER....(sometimes urethane ones do)

Unless you can do do all our bodywork or have a hook up your looking at $1000-1500 to fit and paint that kit

I've had 3 kits where the side skirts were to long or not long enough had to cut them and mod them a lot more than any other kit I've used. And yes Philly D is right you will have to mod basicly any kit. The only one I've used that fit without mod is the xenon polyurethane kit.
