I dont know if it will work, cause its 2 ft long, but i can bring it saturday...and i can be there whenever. If you guys need any help with the gas I can be there at 8:00. Sorry, but neither I nor my grandparents have a chalk line.
good to hear that you are finishing bagging the truck jason! Really wish i could come down and check it out but i work every saturday 10am-6pm. Kind of a killer to do stuff with you guys but maybe in a month or too i will have some time. Got my bills in order and now just hoping my promotion goes through at work! <br>

I'll tell you right now your gonna have too many people with a lot of idle time. You only need a lot of peeps for moving the bed and what not. When your welding and puttin in the notch there's gonna be a lot of nothing to do for the majority. Just my two cents. <br>

I am thinking that...Well the plan is to put the bed outside....then get it on later that night. I was gonna have Matt do some body work on the bed. Josh can help me wire and replum everything and do the install.
Like I said, welding will be the hang up.....I gotta get a bigger breaker for my breaker box....mine keeps trippin

Jason, do you have any body hammers or body picks? JW what kind of work needs to be done to the bed? I have a sanding block, and also some sand paper. <br>
Jason- can't make it i went back to school this week and usually the first saturday is off (they rotate every other sat is school) but this time the first saturday is school

Yeah, prolly need some more body filler. Im using the BLUE stuff though.
No picks or anything like that...Just some sanding paper, a block and an electric sander.
Well, whatever cant get done needs to be primered so it doesnt rust. But body filler around the taillights, weld them in some more and a couple of spot I started to fill in that needed to be worked and primered.....then riggin up the taillights, if we have no complications.
And can get her done.
No worries Mark....we'll come down to the springs soon to show her off! LOL

you dont have any dents or n e thing like that that need to be fixed in the bed, do you? If so I will have to try and use a regular hammer. How much is bondo? I have a little $ and might be able to pick some up. Do you have a filler board and knife? Let me know, cause i can afford to spend a little $. <br>

The filler is like 10 bucks. I have a small board and can get something to mix it.
Any dents I had, I was just filling in, because hard to get a hammer behind them....but you can see when you get here.
Also, let me know if those prices were wrong and Ill see you Saturday morning...hopefully I got enough money left for Gas and all the wires I need from Ace.

I know, but you cant really get a hammer behind the outside skin of the bed.....they were small though....No worries. The taillights fillers are gonna be a @!#$ though.

Greg is right dude....you should never have more than an 8th inch of filler on the truck. If anyone who has a body pick is comming, ask them to bring the picks. That is the easiest way to get int tight spaces. <br>

I fly down and get my s-10 on monday. I am so excited about getting my truck. Now the cavy isn't a daily driver and I can really work on the beast. I want to take pictures and post them, but I need a host for my pictures.
Does anyone know where I can host pictures so i can post them and show everyone the new truck and the different stages of the cavy.
It was a good day at the track as well. Read up on how everyone did in the 14.86@bandimere post.

lol i would ask if ya need another pare of hands but...............unfortuneately i got trenchfoot. seirously it sucks, i cant weare shoes or socks for a couple of days or it can get really really bad where i loose my feet. <br>
