Well guys I'm fresh out of jail. I don't want to publicly put it out here what happened. If you really want to know PM or text me. I will say I got into some legal trouble on my R1 and now I am trying to sell it to pay for the ongoing legal costs of my actions. The price is $5,100 and not a penny lower because I know it is worth that.. The bike is a 2004 with 32,000 miles in great condition with NO mechanical problems and only a few very minor cosmetic flaws. If you want more details on the bike just let me know.

Trevor Blesh wrote:That is one of the things I hate about U-Pull-It in Omaha. They don't inventory @!#$, so you don't know what they have, and then they want to charge you outrageous prices to come and pull your own damn parts. The biggest share of what they have are mediocre parts anyway. It pisses me off that they allow @!#$heads to come in and just bust things up for the fun of it. Get some damn security cams, you @!#$s are making enough bank to afford it.

And thats the end of my rant.
i went down there the u pull wasnt bad but i went to a you wrench it wow the guy was a complete dick

we were on our way back from bismarck a cpl weekends ago. it was dark my headlights are dim and i was driving around 75mph. My gf was sleeping in the back seat cuddled up to her sis. Her brother was catching flys next to me. I pass a bia cop whos going 45.. Im doing good now no worries. I pop up over a hill and i see a dead deer laying right smack in the middle of the road. So with no time to react i run the bitch over. I didn't stop to look at the carnage left on the highway but i did pull over after i smelled @!#$ just to make sure i wasn't dragging a decent hind quarter on the rear bumper. Car seemed to be intact so i drove it home. drove it through the car wash and used the undercarriage wash. thought it was ok so i went home and crashed. a week later car still stinks so i open the hood and look around. somehow deer @!#$ was even on top of the engine, against the fire wall and on the underside of the hood. i was amazed that nothing broke from hitting it.

Sweet! Ran my car at MAM last night and had GREAT results! Ran a 10.01 @ 71mph in the 1/8th with a 2.0 60ft. All my car has is an intake and @!#$ty ass stock suspension. I am more than impressed!

Yeah at TV I was cutting high 2.3's and 2.4's, but at MAM I was cutting mid 2.1's and low 2.2's all night and then pulled off that 2.0 on my last run.

And Brad, I'm jealous. I want to ride in that damn car!

Bad timing = detonation = spark plug melt down

Re: Omaha and surrounding area's... (clean)
Wednesday, October 06, 2010 12:50 AM
or bad timing + detonation = spark plug boot melt down
Re: Omaha and surrounding area's... (clean)
Wednesday, October 06, 2010 6:41 AM
with bad detonation the plugs would have burned up and quit running before the boots melted

Well either way, something caused that engine to get so hot that it melted down the boots.
