I put an offer down on a celebrity home that was foreclosed on for $105k and the bank pay closing costs which was appearntly not a good idea because someone offered to pay them and took the house.
Celebrity homes are kinda cheaply tossed together man... I mean, for the right price, if it was awesome, cool. But their houses are tract homes. Just contracted to be tossed up fast in large quantities.
