thanks for the comments, it was pretty funny to see peoples reactions when they found out it was a sunfire,
as for the reason to go with black was to show the quaility of work, and it only hides the body work in the pics, anyone can paint a car some bright ass color that throws your eyes off, black will show every flaw its not going to stay black forever just for now its getting a new paint job probably this winter
R.I.P. Brian Klocke, you will never be forgotten
looks awesome dude, only thing i dont like is the rear bumper it needs to sit lower in the middle kinda looks out of place!

Looks amazing, Nice work!!! I also agree with what you said Brandon, black will show every flaw and that sunfire looks flawless. I would have loved to see it in person.
upon further review...i still think the car is sick as ever
however needs big brakes all around!!!!

Im diggin all the time and attention to detail that went into the body... excellent work.
Now its time to do something with that motor.... it doesnt do the rest of the car justice (not that I will ever understand why people put turbos on show cars, but thats another story)
Great work!

That is sick. I am speechless.
Its a damn shame you guys didnt get anything at HIN Chicago.
I remember seeing it out behind the shop the way it was before and thinking it was sweet, this just quadroupled it...
Amazing work.
I respect the work you have done, though its not my style so i dont overly like it.
What killed you at the show was mostlikely your engine compartment.
What happened to your 2.4?
If i miss that info in your thread sorry, just skimming through.

This is Derek Fetters, not Brandons, Brandon has a Turbo 2.4.
But I bet his engine bay would be nicer if he put blue wire loom and gauges in his engine bay.
WOW. AWESOME.

friggin amazing man! wow.... thats the cleanest sunfire hands down on here.. and as for the black paint job, i say leave it! theres nothing better than a clean black car.. u notice every line and detail without being an eyesore.. i like the widebody and for me to say that, thats huge... i hate widebody cars but its just so clean.. i think i would have gone with different tails thou.. thats it... love it man!
