that car is awesome, my second favorite sunfire on the .org
doesnt get any better than that.... all the lines work perfectly together, the hood and headlights and scoops made me think Ferrari right away. And me being a HUGE fanatic about the Ferrari 360's and other like body styles,. thats a big plus
head and tail light conversions look flawless, all the perfect mods on that car even made me look past that front bumper witch i like on NO car. major props!
On the other hand....you have other fingers.
i had lots of toys when i was young.slinky,etc.but once i found my penis, that was all she wrote
I will say that is by far the best widebody I have ever seen on a J-body... Nice work!!
That thing is georgous.... I think the engine doesn't do any justice to the car at all... polish the alternator, and the turbo housing... or powder coat it or something and get a few more CF pieces and it's DONE... other than that... everything looks @!#$in tight! I love it!
nice work

I agree with that post... powdercoating the alt and turbo would finsh off the engine. Also big breaks would complment the wheels very nice. Those are the only "week spots" i can trully see.
Personal taist... The car looks amazing, however I have NEVER liked how Sunfires looked without a spoiler. However I can't think of any spoiler design that would complment the custom kit you made. I don't know if it's the lack of the spoiler, the tails or the bumper, but I'm just not feeling the rear...
I'd also like to see what you did to the interior. If that much work has gone into the exterior, i can't imangine what the interior does / will look like.
None the less, i still don't see how you could NOT have walked out of HIN empty handed, the car is beautiful.
Thanks everyone, I would reply to everyones post but it would take way too long lol. I still have a lot of plans for this car, so you will have to stay tuned to see what happens next. As far as the rear bumper goes, I plan on doing something with it to make it look a little better, I didn't want to use it from the start but ended up making it work. The taillights I wouldn't change for the world, they fit like a dream and flows with the body great, on most wide body cars, like mulls old cavy, were the body meet with the taillight there is a lip going around the light, doesn't look factory to me, and that was my plan to make a wide body kit and headlight and taillight conv. look factory.
I will post pics of the jambs and more detail areas.
Thanks
Derek

Yea thats were the widebody came into play, cut the old quater and pushed the wheels out so they would not hit the inner fender well and then I welded the new quater panel on were they would not hit and still tuck.
