JUCNBST wrote:Tinkles_ for you manifold bolt issues, check for shoulder bolts in the Mcmastercarr catalog. When I put the zzp lsj phenolic intake manifold spacer on my l61 head, they had a shoulder bolt that was the right thread for the head and fit the holes on the maniold perfectly. That might be cheaper than having spacers made up, plus you won't run the risk of loosing the spacers if you ever pull it off later on down the road.

Thanks, im looking into them right now.

Because it is used. It is the one Oldskool originally bought for his LE61 and according to him the guy he bought it off only used it for ~3k miles.

^^ so does the spot under my coffee table where it resided for the past six + months, as well as the many pieces of drivetrain to which it was supposed to be attached. I'm very much looking forward to seeing it put to its full potential.

That being said Kyle, you may want to clean it very well before installing. God only knows what Smoosh juice could do to a blower...

Bahahaha!

Well i just got the car back together yesterday and started it for the 1st time since it broke. The LC-1 is finally installed, the LS1 TB is on, and i replaced my H/E pump which turned out to be dead. If all goes to plan the 2.9" & 60#s will be installed this weekend and i will finally ditch the GM crapflash.

No pic or vids because the battery died in my camera.

Re: Tinkles 03 cavy

Spence, as long as it gets tuned this weekend I will be there.

Yes it will me meatcake tuned. I originally wanted PJ to tune it but it seems like our schedules never line up. Im also hoping to get it back on the dyno this spring and would be happy with seeing ~240whp(dynojet).

These small power upgrades are going to be it for a while so don't expect and major updates over the summer.
