So today I started on Collins 3400 swap into his 02 Cav. I pulled the motor with the help of Brad and Micah.
Collin asked me to do 2 things. Do a burnout and blow the motor, so I did... And I got it on video! lol
So here are the pics.
Getting started.
15 minutes later.
WTF???? 5000RPM and coolant temp WAY in the red
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!
Ok, now that its dead, lets get back to work.
Out she comes.
Stock tranny mounts.
Urethane bushings installed.
This is the stock 2200 upper engine mount.
This is the same base with the upper piece from a 95 Grand Am with the Urethane insert installed.
And that will bolt to this once I trim 3/4 inch off the top.
And she is sleeping for the night now.

The harness is already done. Running a 2000 Impala PCM. Its going to get reprogrammed as a Malibu so the fuel gauge will work and then it will be getting HP Tuned from there.
