If i do 1:6 roller rockers on my 01 2200 will it make a difference like it does on the 2.2

I believe the 2200 already has a 1.6 roller rocker, but not full roller and the ratios I understand aren't fully accurate. A full roller (tip and fulcrum) will reduce friction losses, and the aftermarket rockers will have a more accurate ratio at the very least.

The rockers on the 2200 measure out to 1.54 if I remember correctly. They will make a differance but I can't comment on if it is noticeable on the butt dyno since I do not have them on my motor yet since i am building my spare motor. I would rather look at the RR mod as a compliment to a ported head.... or a "supporting mod"

Once my set of proforms come in Im getting from OHV notec I will install them and let you know. They are full needle bearing rockers, accurate ratio at 1.6. I dont think it will do a whole lot myself, but we'll see and I'll keep you updated.

Did they send you the tracking info?
I don't think the proforms will give all that much power on a 2200 due to the stock roller fulcrum. Also, I remember Jack posting a link to a Crane article talking about how a roller tip doesn't really reduce friction. The increased and accurate ratio would be a benefit, but I'd rather just get a new cam with the money.

Yeah I got the tracking info, and I already got them in. Thanks for everything.

I wont be able to install them until next saturday, but I'll let you know if there is even a noticeable difference.
