hey guys im having a huge problem with my 96Z ld9. Just scanned my car for second time and still this is happening and dont know what to do. when the is idle my timing shows like -19 then when i WOT then start decreasing .. Shouldnt be at 0 or positive something ?
how could i fix this. i already took out the timing chain and put it back in .. checked the cam gears .. but dunno if the are in the right position ..

Could some one please help me please
thanks

- or + is just perception

Actual ignition timing is usually #BTC
and BTC means Before Top Center

Top Center = 0°
so anything before zero can accurately be called -.
But most use a + number for it commonly.
besides that, if it was actually -19 or 19 ATC, the car wouldn't idle.
so either its a name game or inaccurate.
What device is telling you -19?

is an obd 2 scanner that my mechanic use to detect all the check engine codes .. then when he monitor the car in idle it gives you like the engine temperature, throttle , timing, knock activity and other things that i dont remember .. and it shows as -19 not as +19 im asking for help on this because i dont know if this might be my main problem

here is my main problem .. with i WOT and the car gets to 3000rpms .. dunno if is because of timing or the knock acting weird but when i get to 3000rpms the car punch me back .. like it would stop sucking fuel .. i had and SAFCII which i took out cus u guys told me that wont do me any good with my 96 ecu ..took it out .. but problem still persist..

dont know what to do .. help please thanks a lot
