If you are looking to do full exhaust there are many options available to you but it also depends on what you are looking for.

pacesetter makes a good header, not a bad choice at all. My preference is a 4-1 style header.

You can either buy a cat-back system such as vibrant, magnaflow, etc etc.. which would be stainless steel, or you can piece your own together

To piece your own together, you need custom bent piping. You can have an exhaust shop bend it- however most exhaust shops do crush bends which are not to the full diameter you requested to keep the bend smooth. You want a mandrel bend and you want to maintain your diameter throughout the entire system, its only as wide as its smallest point.

I have customtubes bent piping.. strongly recommend their work.

Consider the plans you have for your car, 2.25 is a good diameter if you plan on staying N/A. 2.5 is good if the m62 supercharger or a turbo setup are in your plans.. At this point you wouldn't need to go larger then that..

You have to think about how you want it to sound.. Dynomax Super Turbo is known to be quieter, Vibrant is known to be louder... you get the picture..

An exhaust shop can hook you up with a good cat and resonator and save you the shipping costs unless you have one in mind.. anyway good luck.

Magnaflow, Vibrant of Dynomax are your best bets for mufflers. Pacesetter is one of your best choices for a header. I would suggest having a cat, whether you keep the stock one or not is up to you. I HIGHLY recommend atleast an 18" resonator, if not bigger. I currently have a 22" long, 4" round body, magnaflow resonator that makes a world of a difference.

thanks for the info. i guess ill order the pacesetter header then and go from there. i was thinking a hi flow cat, whats the diff between hi flow and an oem style cat? im not planning to run a super charger or turbo and wasnt planning on goin bigger than a 2.25 because that seemed to be what most cat back set ups are. i want something in between quiet and loud, any suggestions on a muffler to get what i want out of it?

ben- are you talking about the custom tubes inc. website where you got yours from, all i see on there for vehicle specific is at 2.5 and 3 inch one.

this is the setup I bought and I would consider it between loud and quiet like stock.

The only real difference between hi-flow and OEM for cats is the inside diameter, so hence a hi-flow would flow better due to having a larger inside diameter.
