Rear trailing arm bushing Club Jeffie FEELER.
Friday, October 08, 2010 5:21 AM
OK so here I have the first set of prototype rear trailing arm bushings.

These are made from Delrin and have a Rockwell harness of 89-94.
The bushing sets come with stainless steel sleeves.

Group purchase pricing would be $80 USD per set plus shipping.

Now this thread is just a feeler at this point, so anyone interested post up!

What does it take to install these....I seem to remember something about buying stock bushings and using the metal sleeve?

Delrin is a Dupont synthetic plastic. Think really hard poly.

$80 is a hell of a lot better than $120.

haha if they are to be made from delrin, then they can be machined. its a plastic type material that works really well on mills...i "use" it almost everyday.

Good work Jeffie! Making them from a machinable product like Delrin, prevents the need for a mold. Simple machining time only... Brings cost down!

I may be in for a set from you this spring!
