hey I am looking for the mean eye lids that I have seen on some sunfires. Can I get some helpful pointers. thanks
there's two ways to do it.
on a fiberglass or carbon fiber hood, you mold in fiberglass pieces. on a metal hood, you weld in a pieces of metal.
yea you gotta weld em on or fiberglass.
I have done(well soon to have done both.) i fiberglassed ones on a factory hood and they didnt last very long. So i left it stock but yesterday we welded on the new pieces. ANd some time this week im gonna sand down the hood and prep for primer.
i wouldnt recommend fiberglass unless its on a fiberglass hood.
