I'd be in for the Bash again even though the Sunfire has been gone for 4 years now. Would be nice to catch up with some of you guys.
Sounds like a good trip to break in the built engine.
I'd try my hardest to get there. It's 8 hours from me but I'd need 10, at least, currently for the shape it's in.

Ok, so here is the deal.
We have two options if we want to drag race.
(1) We rent the track on Friday Night June 24th. Track rental is $3000. They need full payment two weeks before the "event." Car limit is 75 cars. We would have the track from 5PM to about 11PM. We could do what ever we want. There would be no fee to get in.
I assume we would collect the money beforehand. That would give use about a month to collect everything and get everything going.
(2) We go on an open track day. Sunday June 12th. It would be $20 to race, and we would have our own lane. We would also have a quick 8. This would be from 10am to about 7PM.
So that leads into two options for Dyno / car show.
(1) Car show and Dyno on Saturday June 25th. $50 for three pulls. We need 10 people to dyno to have the event.
(2) Car show and Dyno on Saturday June 11th. $50 for three pulls. We need 10 people to dyno to have the event.
Bash hotel
Quail Hollow Resort has a group rate of $109.00 / room. Thur 23rd thru 26th. This is more than what I was told before. I was quoted $89.99 last I talked.
She is checking to confirm the 10-13th is open still.
I have called to other hotels to see if I can get a better rate.
I have more info, just waiting to hear back.

Dyno / Carshow:
So Friday June 10th. Most of the people are arriving.
A few have talked about coming in Thursday the 9th and possibly heading to Cedar Point, or downtown Cleveland Friday. aka sightseeing.
There are also talks of a poker run around to see some of the local land marks Friday. Not 100% yet on that.

Saturday June 11th is when the fun starts. 11am we will head to the Dyno / car show location. Dynos starting around 1pm. We should be there till about 5PM.

Drag Racing:
