go to their site they have a schedule up...it changes pretty much weekly so you really should just go look, i have a link in my profile they stay open for as long as possible and open as soon as they can (season wise) as it gets colder they'll move to day races but as of 2 weeks ago it was night races.
sti is probably 13-14 seconds unless its modified thats what most of the srt4's are running so i figure an sti is close to that.
the srt-4 may be close to the STi but if its not modified it wont catch the STi....

thats why I want one!!!!

i'd give my left nut for an sti, quite literally. i dont really pay much attention to times of other cars when i'm at the track but terry does he'd be the guy to ask...he can recite off times for almost any car thats run down there. I'm still impressed by the guy that was running 5 second 1/8ths a few weeks ago he would let off the gas at the 1/8th and was still doing 10 second quarters which i think is insane.

i'd wager the sti or just a stock wrx could beat a stock srt4 but it doesnt really matter cus i'd never buy a neon. Then again they changed the headlights on the wrx (not sure when) and they looked almost exactly like neon lights cant remember if they where that way or they are that way now (but i think they stopped doing the crappy lights last year or so)

so i was curious if anyone is interested in going to the dyno and doing a run or two i talked to the guys there a while back and they said you could rent out the dyno for a day for X amount or it was like 50 bucks for 3 runs if we could get like 8 of us together we could prolly spend like 20-50 bucks each for the whole day...
i'd take that bet....the srt will take a stock wrx. granted the wrx will get the jump off the line but the srt does catch up and eventually take the wrx. i've seen it first hand. i will say the srt is a nice car, but not for the price they want for them. i'd rather have my cavy and dump the money into it like i did and it still cost's about 5 grand less than the srt, not to mention beat it also
When did Envious Car club start. Make sure you keep it alive. Everytime we get a good car club, someone seems to always screw it up.

I personally only know of one dyno in town its up on juan tabo and they will rent out the dyno for a day for X number of dollars but i forget what that was...if you can get enough people to go and you each do 1-2 runs it should be like 20 bucks a person.
OH and terry you asked me to post my times from the autox and i totally spaced...i ran a 42.01 and a 41.50 it took 2 hours to run twice so i gave up after that. also i think i'm gonna yank the dash out this weekend to get rid of the air bag on the passenger side so if you wanna come help

36.6 was the fastest time anyones run and it was done by a scca miata driven by Tim or Tom or something like that he was right in front of me before my first run and 2 cars in front of me on my second run...fortunately i asked him what to do prior to my first run so i had a good idea of what to do. also i didnt hit a single cone/curb/person/car so i feel pretty spiffy. i've got way too much body roll due to my lifted suspension if i ever wanna get into autox i need roll bars and i need to drop the car a few inches (4 rear and 3 front maybe?) overall it was a fun lil experience but not really worth the hour wait between runs. now for the good news i beat many corvettes, mustangs, cameros, firebirds, etc and only a few people ran faster than me at all not too bad for a first timer with no upgrades for autocrossing.
