Ok, now this is very troubling to me, Look at all the people from Houston on the list willing to come out and help a fellow J onwer work on there ride, BUT when we try to organize a J-Body meet for everytone to come out and show off there ride, even if its stock or wrecked, NOBODY will ever show up, making excuses al the time.
Anyway just something i noticed and needed to vent about.
We wont make this an Official meet of nobody will show up and that wouldnt be right.

I can't speak for everyone but when I started the list nobody knew about the mod day. I just told everyone on my AIM list or MSN messenger or though PM's about getting a meet together. Most the people I talk to is serious about doing this. Although I hope your wrong because I really want this to be good meet.
if we can stick to the previously mentioned dates of oct 22-23, i'll start saving gas money...

i have just started getting into the org so I will try to make it to more and try to force other sa-j's to come out more

I think its because Im so damn sexy. People come to view me in my natural habitat. Its like an Eric zoo. No entry fees course. I like people to see me for free.
My mods days always seem to be a pretty big hit. We have had some realy good times in the past. We always barbq and have have icy cold refreshment in the form of the great and wonderfull

I will not tolerate anyone who wants to be a Jackass. SOme of you know how strict I can get when I used to try and keep the order at car meets. But that was in public and I couldnt really do to much but yell at people.
But be warned. If you come to my house and disrespect me, the people at my house, the people next door, and the people down eather side of the street I will take actions to put you in your place any way I see fit.
Last time someone desided they would do burnouts in the street. We luckily talked our way out of everything but this time I will point my finger at whoever causes the cops to show up at my house again. So dont do it.

well i sold my old ss hood, front bumper, headlights and corners this week...i will probably put on the trd kit, new cf hood, and projector headlights w/ corners within the next 2 weeks but i still need help wiring everything up...come on ppl, lets get this done...

MAN you remember the time we went down there last time and then you turned around the same day a few hours after we arrived. I might go but come back on that sat afternoon. You know head down there fri afternoon and leave sat afternoon

Your probably right it might take less time than that. I asked someone how long it took and they said about 5 hours. I haven't been to Dallas. So maybe someone who knows for sure can answer that.
no your right its about 4-5 hrs if your doing the limit if not 5-10 over. Plus SA is a bit closer to H-town then DFW is. Now if you drive straight then about 2-3.5 with no stops along the way. Last time we stopped for a bite to eat and that was it and made it there in about 4.5 hrs.
