more progress. main part of the wing has been installed. it had a place for one screw on either side and then i used some epoxy that is supposed to bond plastic to steel. seems pretty firm on there. anyway, the excess needs sanded down, but its looking ok so far. gotta mess with the sides a bit now.

oh, and the trunk sits like that after a few hours of trying to get it lined up perfectly. i even cut the hinge on that side....no avail. im assuming its just due to the fact that the 1/4 had been messed up so badly. it sucks, but i'll have to live with it being 1/4" off

makes me wanna go work on pauls vert...hahaha
i like it tho.

working on epoxying the sides. there is a small gap at the bottom of the back on the sides that i need to deal with. its worse on the DS because of the trunk/quarter problems im having. but ive got it so that it sits even across the back. just need to figure out what to use to build a "wall" with to close in the gap (between 1/4-1/2") suggestions are appreciated..

ive actually got a few small dings all over the passenger side that need fixed. one day, when i paint, itll all be done.

as for the wing, its temporarily "fixed", my own special way of course.

passenger fender has been done too. hope to install tomorrow. then she'll be ready for a REAL paint job, the whole car over.

I coulda given you a new trunk lid without the dent if you asked nicely its still sitting in my basement

ive got access to trunk lids, no problem. but i didnt want to have to spray ANOTHER part of the car with the manta green enamel. @!#$ half of the car is like that now.....

Not laughing at you, but one of those rims has some nice chisel damage from myself after splitting a hex-head style lug nut and having to get the @!#$ rim off the car somehow.

Hence why I sold them, haha, I'm picky about my wheels.

i do. a @!#$ty job that not only doesnt utilize my degree, but pays waaaay too little. its just an interim job until i can find something better. but in order to pay for school, ill need to find something else soon.
