I think I found my problem, havent had a problem to drive the car. I pulled the blue clips back off the wires and they hadnt even cut threw the outer part of the wire. I had a feeling that may be a problem, the wires are the right size for red clips not blue.
i figured that was it but just never went out and got any of the red ones

It wires in exactly the same and all and does work well. Though Ecotecs seem to be less forgiving about it. If left on constantly or too long the computer may get a little funky on you when shifting (some say their transmission still shifts as if the Shiftplus were on when it was off, my computer seems to have adjusted to the pressure and weakened it, etc), but fortunately as I just found out, if you reset your computer everything returns to normal. Its never given me a CEL or code. I haven't heard of an major problems nor have I had any, just little quirks here and there that a reset seems to fix.
Is there any interest in me retaking the photo's of the bmshiftplus installed? the originals are long gone, but if people would really like them again i can retake them....
Its not how fast your car goes....its how much nerve the driver has to push it that fast.

OK so Ive had the shiftplus for awhile now and i don't think my car likes it.
I know i have it installed right cause i triple checked. When i first start my car its really bogged down until it shifts once or twice
and by bogged down i mean there is no power. I also have a CEL on any stage it for a ISS sensor voltage signal low.
Does anyone else have these kinds of problems. Oh and its installed on a 2005 Eco cavalier.
The revolution is coming.

Dude re-read this page, you'll find a LINK to the pictures.
i have a 1997 chevy cavalier 2.4 with all the bolt ons and connecting rods, forged pistons, and cams. now my question is i just tunned my car with hp tuners do i have to re-tune after i install the shift plus???? will it affect it if i don't tunned it????
You will not have to retune
nut will it affect the car????
The shift plus just boosts the pressure in the transmission electronically.
If your transmission is working normally now, you can add the shiftplus and everything will be fine.
If your tune has messed with the transmission, the shift+ will probably just make it worse (it would be hard to predict)
i installed mine last weekend i like it so far have only turned it on 3-4 times
This picture posted a few pages back is
WRONG.....
Shouldn't it be the red/black wire DIRECTLY under the blue wire.

This is wrong. I have posted the correct ones now. Hopefully a moderator will move my pictures back to my first post. Who is the mod anyway?

I hope this will stop the ton of email i get on this subject once and for all. The pictures below show the correct wires, hopefully there can be no more possible confusion anymore. MOD's please edit my first post on this, so people find the pictures easier

I loved mine before I did my ecotec swap (2200 to eco), just gotta reinstall it...
had a blown ecotec swapped 2000 cavy, now just an 02 Grand Am, and a 74 BMW 2002...
ok so what are the shifts supposed to feel like?i just installed this and cannot tell if it's workin on 1 or 2....some shifts feel smoother than normal one felt rougher....i'm not sure if i hooked it up right but i did follow instructions and i'm pretty sure i've got the right wires on the right wires.....
Put it in setting two
start the car
Put the car in neutral then put it into drive
If it feels like your engine just hit the firewall then it's working right
if not, double check.
def works....

.....need more time behind the wheel to adjust to it though.....can't wait for the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!
