It's simple. In order to get any sort of customer service from High Rev Motorsports it appears you need to have them in your favorite links. 9 out of 10 good comments about HRM (9 good comments about HRM is no small feat) are from people that have them linked.

For the other companies on here it doesn't matter. They give AWESOME customer service wether you have them in your favorite links or not.

The reason why people put them regardless is because they give good service, I dont get any type of special treatment, i can take there name off today and still get good service. what your saying is completely stupid. people put websites in there sig is because theyve delt with them prior, i'm not going to put gravana's in my sig until i deal with them, same with anyone on here. the reason why people with their website post good things about them is because their sick and tired of others, like your self, bashing them when theyve never delt with them.

Visit High Rev Motorsports for all your High Performance needs.

Visit RSM Racing for j-body superchargers, throttle bodies, and much more.

Visit Cobalt SS.Net and sign up to get the latest info on the cobalt and all other delta platform cars

I have dealt with them. They suck. No phone calls, no return emails in an entire month while I waited for my part. If it was not available from the vendor, FINE, at least let me the F know about it and DO NOT charge my credit card.

Piss poor customer service and I will NEVER EVER use them again. And any time something comes up about them on this board, I will mention the PISS POOR customer service I recieved. Then again, I never got ANY customer service from them.

I dealt with HRM a few months ago. I order upper & lower engine mounts. It took 1month and 2 weeks. I emaied everyday with no response. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau, and they couldn't get a response from them either. Then on the day it was shipped I did get an email, after 4-5 I had sent previously, stating it was shipped. That was the last time I do business with them.

If I remember right I think their main problem is.. they keep biting more than they can chew, they don't have that many employees and they have a high demand. So as far as the delay I can understand, the fact they don't notify you, answer / return the majority of calls.. there's no excuse for :\ It's funny how they have the time to collect their money, but not return a call or send a product.. hehe.. but umm.. ya..

I ordered struts and springs from them on June 6th...Still waiting for any type of response (email or phone call). This has been my worst online shopping experience and I have been doing business online for the last 8 years.

They may not be scam artists but they do have the worst customer service imaginable.

Also, on their message board, they delete coments from people who complain about waiting for their parts for so long. (I guess if u pretend you have good customer service you start to beleive it.....)

hehe...i ordered the phantom headlight covers from them awhile ago...took around 3 months to get to my door. Once i got them, put them on my car and took them off 2 hours later.

wow... this is some hate...

Jenny and Dave are awesome people. I've ordered from them before and I got great customer service. I have no complaints about them (and psst.. they aren't in my fav. links)

Kinda funny the same people post sh*t talk about companies...

That's just my 2 cents. For real though, they will do whatever they can to help you out. No need to be whiney about it.

That right there is a bunch of bullsh!t.

Funny how they didn't return 4 of my calls nor 4 of my emails. THAT IS NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. That is NO customer service. My credit card was charged the SAME DAY and a MONTH later I had my part. SO basically I paid for something that i didn't have for a month.

Kind of funny how more people have had lousy service than good uh?

Yeah, well I paid $800.00 for parts on June 6th (and of course was charged that day) and still have not gotten any response from the High Rev Scumbags nor have i gotten any of my parts.

And I could care less if they are "awesome people" since it is a business and just being nice dosen't mean jack when you crap all over your customers.

If you think that is good service then please do yourself a favor and never choose a service sector job as a career (you would last all of ten minutes) ...

I was just posting my experience and my opinion. Not BS, cuz it's how I see the company. You post your whaa whaa story and I'll post what I think of them. Last time I checked the topic was 'high rev motorsports' not 'I hate high rev' So stop boo-hooing... I'll post what I want about them.

BTW- I agree that a month is entirely too long, and I'll agree that the customer service in that situation sucks, but all I'm saying is I've had nothing but good experiences with them. So please... stop with the hate already.

Hey, genius, last time i checked the first post in this thread was about how High Rev has sh!t service.

Before you open your mouth why don't you READ the damn post and then if you have a valid point then speak and if not shut up!
Re: highrevmotorsports

I'm above this... I'm just saying I like the company and they are nice people. My 2 cents. And now I'm done with this thread... keep on whining... it's been done many times before.

Chow.
