They simply want to do other things in thier life, which you all should understand. If you were there for a day and saw how many stupid calls were made from the JBO alone you would be surprised. They never buy anything they just ask stupid questions or pester about parts coming in a few hours after placing the order. I would get tired of it after a few years too.

Amazingly the JBO didnt even represent any type of market for them because ppl with J's are cheap. It simply isnt profitable to market J-body parts alone, the import market is where the money is made, those guys pay for quality parts which is why a real aftermarket exists for those cars and ppl on here will send their little 50 person GP lists off to a company and expect parts to appear ,and nobody has the $$$ when it matters. Everyone here wants to buy cheap @!#$ off ebay and instant gratification.

Cry, bitch and moan all you want but the bottom line is your not worth anything in the market which is why Js will be continued to be viewed as unimportant. Why do you think RK Sport started making stuff for other cars and less for J's? Once you have been in the hobby for a few years and have business relationships with companies or distrubutors you will come to see it, J's are the laughingstock of the tuner world.

if they wanted to move on thats cool , but to not answer people , or even give any reason for not answering

is complete BS !!!!!!!!!

answering stupid questions is part of the job !!!!!! wether or not someone buys or not !!

ive got to do it 8 hours a day , other business have to do it

pretty much your point is absolutely WORTHLESS

i like jenny , but the way things have gone lately , we are better off that they are gone or are going

taking money , and not answering emails , or phone calls is uncalled for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so someone calling to ask if a 2.2 OHV head fits on a 2.4 engine isnt a waste of time, If I was a company I wouldnt waste my time and money

besides its an online business anyway theres no reason to call in the first place

How is it an online business when the have a shop, warehouse, and retail front. Your arguments suck and I hope you go down with them. Take the clit and taint outta yer mouth man.

Asking the head question is dumb, any dumb question is dumb, but that's part of customer service. You gotta take the good and bad if yer going to work in a CS field. I'm sure you get stupid questions ALL the time at yer job. It's yer responsibilty to inform the customer.

HRM has been going down the drain for atleast 2 years. Sad it's taken this long.

It's not like RKS was a J only business. They did mulitiple GM cars. RKS has more problems then dealing with us J cheapskates. RKS saw an oppurtunity make more money so they went with it.

yeah its a stupid question , but you gotta expect it if your gonna be part of the customer service part of a business

i have to answer crap like that all day , like chad said have to help inform them of the differences

not all of us are born knowing everthing , and those of us that know help help , and those of us that dont know ask questions

and like chad said that have a shop and they had the phone # on the website to take calls , so that would be their fault for doing so if they wanted to be a internet business

but either way DOESNT EXCUSE THEM FROM NOT REPLYING TO EMAILS FROM CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PURCHASED PRODUCT FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and that is the bottom line

You're a moron with ZERO CLUE about business and what they were doing to CUSTOMERS.

No your an idiot that likes to whine like everyone else here, I was there for many days and saw first hand what goes on. I do happen to work in customer service, if you ask a stupid question you deserve a stupid answer, get a clue take some initiative and research before you buy something. Don't blame everyone else because you didnt take the time to do your homework about a part whether its right for you.

I see the lazyness everyday at my job, its not High Rev's job to inform you if your too stupid to know the difference between 2 completely different motors. BTW they dont have a warehouse, if you were ever actually there you might know that. Your point is worthless why don't you go work at McDonalds so the world can walk all over you while you tolerate stupidity to no end.

I ACTUALLY HAVE been there. And I saw storage of parts.

if i told a customer he was a fawkin idiot because he didnt his head from his butt when it came to car parts , id loose my freakin job

and i bet youd loose your job faster if you did the same thing

and they did store parts there i know ive shiped them plenty , so they might not be a big warehouse like summit or nopi , but they did keep stock on some stuff

either way like i said before ignoring paying customers is wrong !!!!!!!!

and there is no way you can say other wise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone seems so defensive about High Rev....

Are you getting a cut of the money that they stole from customers and never had the intention of notifying them that their scummy business has closed shop?

If you pay for something you deserve an answer by email or phone and they don't do either. Take a business class and see if your head finally gets a clue of what it takes to run a business....

your talking about a guy that drove like 12-13 hours just to get like a header installed... then again to get a clutch installed... and again to get his supercharger installed.... i'm sure the list goes on... he's up HighRev's ass....

i can understand the supercharger i suppose, but he coulda gotten some of the other things installed at other local shops, but instead he decided to drive all the way out there, waste money on who knows how much gas, food, and a hotel rooms.... and he wonders why he's in debt...

Re: highrevmotorsports

actually Jim , you really dont know anything about the situation...as usual

none of the bash went on a CC at all, I got the CC as insurance just in case something went wrong I could get it fixed, you know like if I punctured a tire or something, I could get it towed or fixed or whatever

My cost of gas, food, hotel and labor was far under what a local shop would charge for the work, plus I do have friends out there, not to mention local shops are too @!#$ stupid to even work on an ecotec and I wouldnt trust them.

But hey if my mom and dad would pay off my CC like yours did I wouldnt have any bills

Hey Rodimus:

You're statements are neither getting me my crank pulley, nor getting my my $172.95 back. Please shut the f*ck up and leave. This post is about people who are having problems with HRM. They should be able to speak up for themselves, but, instead, they relay on others to speak for them. If you don't have anything of value to contribute, please find another thread. I bare no ill will against you. You had good luck with HRM, as I did in the past. Now I'm shorted over $170 for a part I'll most likely never see, and you're not helping the situation. I'm just happy I didn't order my thermal r&d catback through them. I would then be out over $700.00.

That's my next step. I finally got fed up about weds. of last week. I'm not trying to attack you. I just believe if HRM were in the right, they could say it. I've always liked reading your posts and watching your cars progression, but perhaps you don't know all the facts. It's your call. If you know for a fact that they are not going to screw people, even by way of incompitence, then by all means back them. All I'm saying is bickering in a thread about people having problems with a company doesn't help the matter. The company should step up and calm the masses. Do you think I would have ordered from HighRev if I thought they were crooks? This was only 6 weeks ago. I just don't want to lose my money.
